A beautiful and timely message. there are so many businesses, charities, activists, celebrities and other entities that profit handsomely by keeping various divisions festering......Its nice to come together over ANYTHING!

We sometimes forget that there are people suffering, for whatever reason, and that won't enjoy the day as many can. It just a humane question we should ask ourselves, what do really, we care about. This is a good time to reflect. I could write volumes. Came from poverty myself. Did make it through high school, but only just, and straight into the service and war at 17. Came back and started building a life. Found my dream girl and we've been together for going on 60 years (She's obviously a Saint). Made some good decisions, but I recognize that I've had incredible luck along the way as well, so I do what I can to help those who haven't been as lucky.
Thanks Spidey. We all come from different backgrounds and influences. Somewhere along the way we work out what works for ourselves. We all what being good is. Being kind with one's time and language is always a good start. We cannot always help people, but we can be as humanly kind as possible and offer a hand to someone in need. Even if it just to say hi, you're not forgotten. Keep up your good work. Cheers
