Soldiers from Scotland, Ireland, Wales, and England were all captured and were going to be shot. However, the enemy leader said that he'd give them each one last request. The Scot said, "Give me my bagpipes so I can play 'Flower of Scotland' one last time. The Irishman said, "Give me my clogs so I can perform 'The Riverdance' one last time". The Welsh fellow said "Let me sing 'Land of My Fathers' one last time". The Englishman said, "For the love of God, shoot me first!".
