Many thanks for the ongoing lucky dips, BB. Mostly it's stuff i don't know, with bits i don't like plus bits i didn't know i was going to like. A lot like life really!
ReplyDeleteHi Richie,
DeleteThat's one of the nicest descriptions of the Lucky Dips I've heard. There's always a bit of the unknown involved, and while not everything will hit the mark for everyone, it's those unexpected discoveries that make the journey worthwhile. As you say, a lot like life really.
Thank you.
Cheers.
Jerry Butler is a treasure!
ReplyDeleteHi lemonflag,
DeleteHe certainly is. Jerry Butler's voice had so much class and soul, and he's left behind a remarkable catalogue. Always a pleasure to sneak a bit of "The Iceman" into a Lucky Dip.
Cheers.
Thank you for Lucky Dip #570. Some amazing things offered here as always! I look forward to every Lucky Dip!
ReplyDeleteHi pujwa,
DeleteMany thanks. I'm always pleased to hear that the Lucky Dips are still bringing new discoveries your way. That's really what they're all about, mixing the familiar with the unexpected and hopefully uncovering a few hidden gems along the way.
I'm delighted you're still looking forward to each new instalment.
Cheers.
