When I was a kid in London in the late 50's my parents had the radio on most of the day. I remember 2-way Family Favourites used to play requests for overseas soldiers. This collection from about 25 thru 75 were a lot of the songs they played. I have spent the last couple of hours listening. It was nice to hear them. Thank you for this and I look forward to more.
ReplyDeletePS something went wrong on #16 Strange Fruit, it's only 49 seconds of the song at high speed.
