This last volume collects many songs not always performed in "Hair" and not included on many soundtracks. They're largely drawn from two albums: "DisinHAIRited" and "Fresh Hair," and I hope you enjoy them. This series has been a joy to put together, but to be frank, I'm glad it's the last one. My remarks to Volume 5, "Easy to be Frank Mills Walking in Space," drew some sharp words from a regular contributor who objected to my remarking that the US was now a police state. He was also "disappointed in the playlist." In subsequent emails, he outed himself as a Trump Nazi in favor of ICE raids and a Los Angeles occupied by the military. Oddly enough, he says he's seen and enjoyed "Hair" multiple times. I have no idea how the disconnect between his thought processes and the fervent antiwar message of the show happened, but his hatred must be strong indeed. He's been blocked and deleted from my email. I'll be interested to see if he shows up in the comments below, because those folks always tend to operate anonymously, behind masks. What is NOT masked is the cautionary tale of "Hair," whose songs and political viewpoint endure to this day. For the last time, beads, flowers, freedom, and happiness to you all.

Only Various Artists compilations will be accepted.

Only one compilation per week from each contributor with a limit of 25 tracks per track list per submission. (Total 25 tracks only). You can submit a new track list the following week.

The Topic is your choice, Genre is your choice and any music is acceptable. (If readers don't like the topic or choices then they don't have to pick them up)

 When presenting your submission, the Topic of your compilation should be Noted as well as the sound quality of the compilation. (i.e., 320Kbps MP3, Flac, etc).

Whilst most would prefer MP3's @ 320 kbps all I request is a good sound quality. 

A track list must be supplied together with a LINK for your Compilation.  (Please do not send the compressed file)

Artwork is not necessary but would be welcomed. All submissions need to arrive via email to:

Entries must be received by Midnight, Wednesday. (Wherever you are in the world.)

Once received, your entries will be checked for content matching the track lists provided. If an entry is considered unsafe or different to the track list provided it will be deleted. If your submissions are outside the guidelines they will not be included (No questions asked and no reply)
