A Vibraslap is a percussive effect instrument originally from Mexico, also known as a "jawbone". It consists of a stiff wire handle attached to a hollow wooden or plastic box, inside which are metal bars. When a player strikes the handle, it causes the box to vibrate, making the metal bars collide against each other, creating a distinctive rattling echo.

"The title "Detroit Rock City" by Kiss (Track 6) disturbed me for a long time because in the original version of the album ("Destroyer", 1976), the end of the song mixes the crash of the car present in the song with the emerging guitars of "King Of The Night Time World".  Since then, it has been impossible to find a “clean” version with the accident impeccably recorded until the final explosion.  It took the 2021 Deluxe of "Destroyer" re-release to miraculously find a “car crash” sound file chronicling the 18 seconds of the accident. With Audacity, I stuck to the end of the original "Destroyer" (or rather the much more dynamic "rough" version from 2012).  So here you have a full version of 5.30 mn (in a 2012-2021 edit) and I think unpublished since I found it nowhere on the Internet.Sorry for this musical geek confession."

Only Various Artists compilations will be accepted.

Only one compilation per week from each contributor with a limit of 25 tracks per track list per submission. (Total 25 tracks only). You can submit a new track list the following week.

The Topic is your choice, Genre is your choice, and any music is acceptable. (If readers don't like the topic or choices then they don't have to pick them up)

 When presenting your submission, the Topic of your compilation should be Noted as well as the sound quality of the compilation. (i.e., 320Kbps MP3, Flac, etc).

Whilst most would prefer MP3's @ 320 kbps all I request is a good sound quality. 

A track list must be supplied together with a LINK for your Compilation.  (Please do not send the compressed file)

Artwork is not necessary but would be welcomed. All submissions need to arrive via email to:

Entries must be received by Midnight, Wednesday. (Wherever you are in the world.)

Once received, your entries will be checked for content matching the track lists provided. If an entry is considered unsafe or different to the track list provided it will be deleted. If your submissions are outside the guidelines they will not be included (No questions asked and no reply)
