VA - Soda Pop Babies are a CD compilation on Star Club Records (from Sweden) featuring female artist tracks with Female Teen Pop songs Of late 50's & Early 60's' sound. Juke box hits, sock hop dance floor fillers, all killers, no fillers. Loads of girls with ambition belts out one goodie after another, some of them became hits, while others got lost in the shuffle. Soda Pop Babies is filled with sweet chicks singing and swinging their way through some great pop and rock tunes. It seems that every teenage girl in the 50's and 60's were shooting for the stars to make their dream come true and get a place in showbiz. Stars and Starlets among the most feminine of the female artists. Jam-packed with hot tunes performed by the songbirds of the great yestery-ears. A must for all true Rock'n'Rollers and Pin Up freaks!

Here are the first 6 CDs. I have the other two 7 & 8 but cant find them at present which baffles me as they are quite new... Will keep digging....
