Excellent compilation CD of Garage Band Punk/Psychedelia from the mid sixties. Many of the nicely remastered tracks are from northern California - which was a hot bed of innovative, garage band music from 1963- 1968. Well crafted liner notes with band member names, interesting details and numerous old PR photos. There are 26 tracks with attitude - check out the Yardbirds-like rave on Count Five's "Psychotic Reaction" Another winner is the youthful female rage on "Boy, What'll You Do Then" and the undulating bass and drums under feedback looped vocalizations on "Suzy Creamcheese"... very cool.
