Hi BB... The outstanding 1972 horn band you included here
ReplyDeletestands out as perhaps my all-time favorite from that period.
There was a 2nd album that is perhaps even better than the
first but the band broke up. A 3rd album was recorded never
released the manager was selling private. I need to find that!

DeleteMoms Apple Pie - Moms Apple Pie [1972] is a great debut album. The opening track is reminiscent of Chicago to me. Dawn Of a New Day is also a fine track as is "Secret of Life".
I have #2 which will make an appearance in the future. The third album was supposed to be released in 2011 but I have never seen it.
FYI My album cover is the modified version, and the first pressings were banned due to risqué artwork.
