Lucky Dip#527 is a great mix of mostly newer stuff and a couple of familiar titles. I once had the pleasure of seeing Ian Dury open up for Lou Reed, it's one of my favorite concert memories. Thanks, as always!

DeleteWhat a pairing that must have been. Ian Dury warming up a room for Lou Reed feels like two completely different kinds of electricity passing through the same crowd, each with their own swagger and bite. No wonder it stayed with you.
Really glad this Lucky Dip hit that sweet spot of new finds and familiar favourites. That balance is what keeps these mixes fun to build and, hopefully, fun to fall into.
