This is a not mixed compilation for my old friend Roy Book Binder.
Roy was an exchellent quitar picker and a wonderful person.
Reverend Gary Davies was his spiritual father and the reason that Roy got involved in playing the blues.
People that met him will always remeber his unique sense of humor and his storytelling during his performances.
Rest in peace my friend and many thanks for the stories and the feelings we have shared on the road!

Given that it is April 2026, it means it is just about time to release my selections for the best songs of 2025. The selections here are not based on any algorithms or popularity data. It comes from a good old fashioned auditory rating experience using an iPod Nano 4g. The songs used here were all 5 star ratings, according to my ears. My choices attempted to include the widest variety of artists.
The first two compilations will consist of songs with vocals, while the third will be entirely instrumental. Warning – There is an eclectic mix of genres.
Reminder - For the main release, each download will have two folders: "Formatted" & "Original tags & artwork". The music in each folder is identical - the only thing that differs is imbedded tagging and artwork. Enjoy!

This is my second collection of classical music tracks from soundtrack albums. The theme throughout is mainly "strings" with solo violin pieces, cellos concertos and chamber orchestras. I have again kept the selections in the light classical genre with little emphasis Three Hours Of Sex (Tantric Edition)on the dramatic pieces. This compilation would be ideal for a long car drive, a quiet day at home or maybe just chilling out under a tree in a park.

Please use this template for future MY COMPILATION submissions.

Only Various Artists compilations will be accepted.
Only one compilation per week from each contributor with a limit of 25 tracks per track list per submission. (Total 25 tracks only). You can submit a new track list the following week.
The Topic is your choice, Genre is your choice and any music is acceptable. (If readers don't like the topic or choices then they don't have to pick them up)
When presenting your submission, the Topic of your compilation should be Noted as well as the sound quality of the compilation. (i.e., 320Kbps MP3, Flac, etc).
Whilst most would prefer MP3's @ 320 kbps all I request is a good sound quality.
A track list must be supplied together with a LINK for your Compilation. (Please do not send the compressed file)
Artwork is not necessary but would be welcomed. All submissions need to arrive via email to:

Once received, your entries will be checked for content matching the track lists provided. If an entry is considered unsafe or different to the track list provided it will be deleted. If your submissions are outside the guidelines they will not be included (No questions asked and no reply)
