ROCK INSTRUMENTALS
VA - Rock Instrumentals Story 1934-1962 [2014] (3 x CD's)
A 3 x CD series from Frémeaux & Associés Label. An obligatory passage taken by the biggest names, with their evocative atmospheres, their catchy themes and brilliant improvisations, the instrumental have always held a place of choice in the history of rock. This anthology traces the different facets of their roots and their evolution, from jazz to country music to rock where the electric guitar plays a central role. From boogie woogie to western swing, from rhythm and blues to soul to radio calls, film music and surf rock, the first classics of instrumental rock are brought together here and commented by Bruno Blum, himself a guitarist and rock specialist .

Instrumentals, take TWO - thanks for this collection, Butter: artists I know, yet tracks entirely new to me, and probably to most other folks, too, so this'll be worth the listening-to. Thanks again!
ReplyDeleteHi Aging Child,
DeleteThis is great and lots of fun.
My compilation of 70's Instrumentals is now completed so will post in the near future. It should compliment this set well.
Cheers
My thought as well; thanks again for all the generous shares, Butter!
DeleteMany thanks for this, lots of excellent tracks here, and this will make great driving music for a long trip.
ReplyDeleteSurprising you say that Bob Mac, I just had this set on the playlist for a long drive yesterday. Its works well. The trip seemed shorter as well.
DeleteCheers.
Thanks for this instro-collection.
ReplyDeleteI think Pixeldrain is a good alternative to Zippyshare, blocked in many countries.
Greetings
Jose
Hi Jose,
DeleteIts a fun listen.
Pixeldrain is good for a few reason . Large file size uploads and speed. They are doing a great job. Only 30 day archive from last download but that is similar with others. Today it is free but I suspect that will change in the future. That is Ok too. I hope they can improve reporting data movement and details.
Stay safe Jose and enjoy life.
Cheers.
thank you KING 4 this download great music - Aussie
ReplyDeleteYou are always welcome Aussie. Enjoy these great sounds.
DeleteCheers.
