JOHNNY CASH DEEP CUTS

Johnny Cash - A Deep Cup of Coffee With Johnny (A Butterboy Compilation)
 CD1+CD2+CD3

John R. "Johnny" Cash (born J. R. Cash; February 26, 1932 – September 12, 2003) was an American singer-songwriter, guitarist, actor, and author. He is one of the best-selling music artists of all time, having sold more than 90 million records worldwide. (Wikipedia)

The more I listen to his poetry that sadder I get that he no longer produces new music. That aside Johnny Cash left us a lot of music, poetry and stories. Everyone has there favorite Johnny Cash periods so I have tried to cover material throughout his career. From his earliest recordings to his latest material before his death in 2003, he covered songs in many genres embracing country music, rock and roll, rockabilly, blues, folk, and gospel. When he covered another artist songs he was always respectful and often made the song sound like they were his songs because of that emotional deep voice. He usually played music that contained themes of sorrow, moral tribulation, and redemption, especially in the later stages of his career. He also sang with wit and humor in many songs choosing his lyrics carefully.  Whilst Johnny Cash has many signature songs you wont find them all here. Here you find his deepest cuts that you may know or have not gone to in years.

With such a depth of material  to pick from these deep cuts were an effort that required many cups of coffee and patience.  Here are 70 Deep cuts from Johnny Cash. I hope you enjoy these.
