Released by Parlophone, it’s a collector-grade chronicle of their rise from post-punk experimentation to New Romantic polish, sequenced with care and packed with rarities, remixes, demos, and remasters.

CDs 1 and 2 gather the full suite of 7" and 12" singles from Journeys to Glory and Diamond, including vinyl-only mixes like “Glow (12")” and “The Freeze (Special Mix)”, many making their CD debut. CD3 compiles 2010 remixes of Diamond tracks, previously scattered across digital platforms but never issued physically. These versions offer a fresh lens on the band’s rhythmic complexity and studio ambition.

CDs 4 and 5 document BBC sessions and live concerts from 1981-82, including standout performances from Bournemouth and the Paris Theatre. The energy is palpable, tight, stylish, and transitional, capturing Spandau Ballet as they moved from club stages to national airwaves.

CD6 is pure archival gold: demos from the Gentry and Arista sessions (1979-80), including “Eyes,” “Reformation,” and “Confused.” These tracks reveal a rawer, more angular sound, closer to post-punk than pop, and essential for understanding their early identity.
