Shower Scene From Psycho - Exploding Hits [1985]

WEIRD

Shower Scene From Psycho - Exploding Hits [1985]

Ever stumbled across a record so offbeat it feels like a secret you weren't supposed to find? The Shower Scene From Psycho's Exploding Hits (1986) is exactly that kind of underground gem. It's a wonky mix of new wave, zolo energy, and lo-fi chaos, where covers like “Turn Up Your Radio” and “Georgy Girl” get twisted into something wildly different. Imagine Devo crashing an Aussie garage party hosted by early Split Enz, and you’re halfway there.

If you're into the weird, the rare, and the wonderfully theatrical, this one’s begging for a spin. (B)

Music weaves itself into the fabric of our emotions, dances through the corridors of memory, and whispers to the soul of who we are. Sharing these stories deepens the connection, turning the experience into something timeless and profound.

    2. Pretty amazing anyway! Sort of like hot sauce. Burns a bit, but you can't seem to stop yourself from adding a bit more then you should. Injects an astonishing amount of energy into each tune. A real guilty pleasure! Thanks! (Now I have something else to keep an eye out for.)
