The Electric Asylum series from the Past & Present label presents glorious British psychedelic music for your aural consumption & fascination. Each of these CD's has 20 slabs of long-forgotten British freakrock, a great combination of acid rock and psychedelic 60s fuzz. You will hear a bunch of 45s that are near 50 years old that have been remastered and sound fantastic. The focus may have shifted slightly from post-psychedelic prog-metal to glam pop, over these 6 CD's, but that’s just fine by me.

British freakbeat players from the late-'60s to mid-'70s have been assembled to perform near-impossible feats of eccentricity for your listening pleasure. I continue to be impressed with the ridiculously high quality of the Electric Asylum.  This is a great set. The first five albums were release on the Past & resent label. The 6th Cd is an unofficial CDr from 2014.
