IN THE CHARTS DECEMBER 1966

VA - In The Charts DECEMBER 1966 (A Butterboy Compilation) CD1+CD2+CD3

This concludes the series "In The Charts 1966" ... visiting the tracks that are familiar and forgotten.

All these tracks were in the US and/or UK charts in DECEMBER 1966.

It seems like yesterday we were dancing to these tunes. I hope you enjoy this mix of artists from USA and UK.

This is the final IN THE CHARTS for this year.  I hope you have enjoyed all of the sometimes-forgotten tracks from 1966.

A new "In The Charts" series will begin in 2023.

  4. End of a fab music year! Very many thanks! It would be wonderful to have the totally different charts US and UK for 1963 - perhaps? Best wishes for a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, Paul

  5. Great set BB but a couple of tracks seem problematic. 57 (Nashville Cats) seems pretty low-fi and 26 (Questions and Answers) is constantly dropping out. Otherwise it's all fine. Is it just me?

    1. Hi Rozoni.
I agree the "Nashville Cats" sound weird. Here is another version. See if this is better.

I played 26 (Questions and Answers) several times and experienced no issues.

  6. The new Nashville Cats is a great improvement. I tried downloading the set on a different browser with the same results regarding Questions and Answers. It's impossible to listen to so I guess I'll have to live without it. Not really a problem, though. Thanks again.

  8. Hi BB - I wish I could say it's better but I can't. It's up to you whether you want to take this further when no one else seems to be having any issue with the track.
