SMASH...! BOOM...! BANG...! Beat In Germany [2000 - 2004] (30 CD's)
Beat music from 1962 to 1966 in any language appeals to me. These CDs are part of a comprehensive Bear Family series titled, Smash...! Boom...! Bang...! dedicated to the mid-Sixties German Beat boom. Every CD has much to offer full of competent and enjoyable rock & roll workouts, mixing American covers and band originals, numerous copies were undoubtedly worn out in clubs and homes throughout Germany.
I love that when you have all the CD's the spines of the covers/booklets join together to create a wonderful picture of a young crowd in a frenzy. This is a beautiful set. A must have. Each CD contains between 20 and 30 titles, all re-mastered for the best possible sound quality. The featured artists run the gamut from popular groups to great unknowns, many of these songs are making their first appearance on CD and some are making their very first appearance anywhere!

It is a little more confusing than usual because entries are not labeled CD1, CD2, etc.

This one has caused me some problems. I think it was related to the cut and paste function i used when updating the link. The link title is correct but all I did was paste the link on top of an existing link. Now I have removed the old link and installed the new link. Ive tested it it works now. YEAHHH!!! Seems you got it worked out. Computers are amazing tools that make life cool and easier when they do what you want.. but when they don't, they can just as easily cause all sorts of havoc and mayhem. For the record, impatience never entered the picture. This was a lot of work. I am indebted to you for giving us all of these great, quality presentations. So no complaints from me.. only happiness and respect here!!!!!
