Amos Milburn - The Complete Aladdin Recordings of Amos Milburn [1994] (7 x CDs)
Amos Milburn was one of the most influential R&B pianists and singers of the 1940s and 1950s. He recorded for Aladdin Records, a label that specialized in blues, jazz, and gospel music. His style was a blend of boogie-woogie, jump blues, and swing, with catchy lyrics and a powerful voice. He was a master of the piano, playing with speed, precision, and flair.
