A wonderful limited Japanese-only 14 CD box set containing paper sleeve reproductions of all of the original singles released by The Doors in Japan, 1967-'72. The singles span the band's entire original career including singles recorded and released after Jim Morrison's death. Each single is reproduced as a two song CD with original picture sleeve (each single CD comes with replica paper sleeves of the original singles released in Japan. The replica sleeves are 7" squares.) and includes rare mono or single edits of many tracks. Contains all the hits including 'Light My Fire', 'Touch Me', 'People Are Strange', 'Riders on the Storm', 'Love Her Madly' and more. (Amazon)

    Thanx for these. Thanx too for using Kraken Files = easiest D/L. Ever seen the rum spiced liquor called "The Kraken"? Pretty tasty.

      I always felt there are underappreciated. I always liked them. Apart from a few tracks that were not to my liking there entire catalog is original and great to listen to.

  7. Thank you for opening the Doors, Butter - this collection is ideal for when I'm in a Doors mood, but don't want to swim in the deep end of their pool. The water's just as warm and welcoming... and my feet still can touch the bottom. Cheers!
