I just put to bed all the months from Jan to June.
I came across many tracks that I didn't know, and it struck me that that is the reason I collect music on the web. It is to find people and sounds that I missed at the time.
Thank you and all the other contributors for bringing new sounds along with old favourites to my ears and my heart.

    1. I have really enjoyed pulling this series together lemonflag.
I have tried to capture the tracks that were not top 10 but below #50 at that time. Some of course became bigger hits while others disappeared until such compilations exist. I am glad that you are enjoying these.
      Cheers.

  6. One of the greatest Beatles songs to start this (''Rain'').....Originally a B Side ("Paperback Writer") I believe and should have been a A Side single in its own right.

    Wonderful stuff.

    Cheers
